LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) is a tough plastic that is roto-moulded into one-piece slides, panels and roofs. It has no joints or sharp edges, does not rust and is easy to wash, which makes LLDPE multiplay systems a favourite with play schools, builder societies and resorts. The steel frame under the plastic parts is powder coated for outdoor use.

Why choose LLDPE
LLDPE parts flex slightly on impact instead of cracking, are smooth to touch and come in bright colours that run through the material. They need no painting, only washing. LLDPE units look modern and neat, which suits gated societies and premium schools.
Material, finish and installation
Frames are made from steel pipe that is cut, welded, cleaned and powder coated at our works. Slides, roofs and panels are FRP (fibreglass) or roto-moulded LLDPE with UV-stabilised colours, and all bolts are capped so no sharp ends are left in reach of children. Our technicians assemble the unit on site, fix the posts in concrete footings and check every joint before handover.
