Roto moulding is a process where plastic powder is heated and turned inside a mould until it coats every side, giving a hollow, one-piece part with even walls. Roto-moulded slides, tubes and panels are strong, joint-free and smooth. Our roto multiplay systems use these parts on a powder-coated steel frame in designs for play schools, societies and parks.

What roto moulding gives you
Because each part is one piece, there are no joints to open up or edges to cut small hands. Walls are double-skinned, so slides and panels stay rigid. Colour runs through the plastic, so scratches do not show bare patches.
Material, finish and installation
Frames are made from steel pipe that is cut, welded, cleaned and powder coated at our works. Slides, roofs and panels are FRP (fibreglass) or roto-moulded LLDPE with UV-stabilised colours, and all bolts are capped so no sharp ends are left in reach of children. Our technicians assemble the unit on site, fix the posts in concrete footings and check every joint before handover.
