A multiplay system is the main structure of most play areas: towers and decks joined by slides, ladders, climbing walls, bridges and tunnels. One unit keeps 10 to 40 children busy at the same time, which is why schools, housing societies and municipal parks usually build the whole play area around it. Nagpal Engineering & Sports has made multiplay systems at its Faridabad works for more than 30 years, and every unit is designed for the space, age group and budget of the site it goes to.

Types of multiplay systems we make

  • FRP multiplay systems: fibreglass slides, roofs and panels on a steel frame. Bright colours, smooth finish and easy to repair if a panel is damaged.
  • Roto-moulded LLDPE multiplay systems: one-piece plastic slides and panels with rounded edges. Popular with play schools and builder societies because they look neat and need little upkeep.
  • Steel multiplay systems: powder-coated pipe frames with FRP or LLDPE slides, built for heavy use in public parks.
  • Compact units for pre schools: low decks, short slides and crawl tunnels for children aged 2 to 5.
  • Large park and school stations: two or three towers with tube slides, climbing walls, rope nets and bridges for children aged 5 to 12.
  • Indoor play stations: smaller units for play schools, malls and activity rooms.

Materials and build quality

Frames are made from steel pipe that is cut, welded, cleaned and powder coated at our works. Slides, roofs and panels are FRP (fibreglass) or roto-moulded LLDPE with UV-stabilised colours, and all bolts are capped so no sharp ends are left in reach of children.

Planning your multiplay system

Start with the space and the age group. As a rough guide, a compact pre school unit needs an area of about 5 m x 4 m, while a two-tower park unit needs 9 m x 7 m or more, including a clear safety zone of about 1.8 m on every side. Deck heights should stay low for toddlers, and tall towers with tube slides should only go where older children play. Rubber flooring under the structure softens falls and keeps the area clean in the rains.

Send us the site size, a photo and the number of children who will use the play area. We share two or three layout options with prices, so you can compare before you decide.

FAQ

FAQs about Multiplay System

A small pre school unit fits in about 5 m x 4 m. A two-tower unit for a park or school usually needs 9 m x 7 m or more. These sizes include the clear safety zone around the structure. Share your site measurements and we suggest units that fit.

Both work well outdoors. LLDPE (roto-moulded plastic) has rounded one-piece parts and very little upkeep, so it suits play schools and societies. FRP allows more shapes and colours and is easy to repair, so it suits parks and themed play areas. We can show you both before you order.

We make separate designs for 2 to 5 year olds (low decks, short slides) and for 5 to 12 year olds (taller towers, climbing walls, tube slides). Large parks often take one of each.

Yes. Our technicians assemble the unit on site, set the posts in concrete footings and check every joint before handover. Transport from Faridabad is included in the quotation.

Standard designs are usually ready in two to four weeks after the order is confirmed. Custom layouts and large orders can take longer; we give you a delivery date with the quotation.
